Windows Systems Engineer
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding and experience with Active Directory/Group Policies/DHCP, SAN and NAS storage devices and best practices.
Extensive experience in working with VMware ESX/ESXi (vSphere 5.x and above) and High Availability cluster environment.

This position regularly;
Performs systems administration functions, including design and deployment of new systems
Maintains system performance through monitoring, analysis and tuning.
Maintains Operating System security on all Windows machines by utilizing automated patching and Anti-Virus technologies.
Proactively introduces new solutions and technologies to advance the innovation visible to the company.
Performs systems backups and recovery procedures and develops and maintains database systems used by organization
Utilizes Active Directory/Group Policies on server objects.
Establishes upgrade selection, installation, configuration, and testing of server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks, and operating and system management systems; defining system and operational policies and procedures.
Coordinates and reviews the capacity needs for the servers based on information from the monitoring tools.
Proactively participates in virtualization support issues by identifying, researching, and applying solutions to a wide variety of technical issues.
Creates/Modifies users physical and system access based on proper procedures and approvals.
Manages system infrastructure in multiple data centers and cloud.
Has operated within and ITIL computing environment and understands ITIL framework including Incident and Change Management Processes
Has the ability to work extended hours/weekends and holidays as needed, and availability for early morning projects.
Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Server Technologies (Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2, Hyper-V, IIS, File & print services)
Is proficient in all aspects of VMware 5.x administration Microsoft Office365 including SharePoint administration
AWS and Azure clouds knowledge
Basic administration of SQL Server / Microsoft SCCM / SCOM solutions /Storage systems (SAN) and backup solutions / VMware Certified Professional (VCP) is strongly preferred
Experienced in High Availability technology such as Microsoft Windows Clustering.
Has the ability to work independently and in a team while meeting and setting deadlines and manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks simultaneously
Must have strong communication skills / Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
skills: Candidate will posses;
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years' work experience
4-6 years of managing a corporate server/network infrastructure
Experience installing and maintaining server and client hardware/software
Strong grasp of IP networking concepts, including VLANs, WLANS, routing and firewalls
