Our client is looking for a Software Application Support Specialist with expertise in Office 365 to join our Information Technology team and support our diverse and talented staff in offices around the globe. The Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert on various applications used across the organization, and design, configure, deploy, train and troubleshoot these commonly used programs, primarily related to Office 365. The successful candidate will administer technology systems that enhance people's lives and enable excellent client delivery.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 4+ years' experience in IT software and infrastructure with increasing responsibility
  • At least 3 years' experience with Office 365, Exchange 2010 / 2016, Microsoft Windows Server 2012 / 2016, Active Directory Design
  • Experience as a solution architect with Office365 and Amazon Web Services or Azure
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, or vSphere
  • Experience with scripted deployment
  • Familiarity with Single Sign-On Solutions (Azure\OneLogin\Okta)
  • Knowledge of digital security
  • Understanding of Microsoft roadmaps and how upcoming changes impact on an enterprise solution
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Office 365 preferred

responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement, administer and support the Office 365 environment; evaluate, develop, and deploy new service support processes and/or enhancements to existing processes
  • Provide front-line, responsive, end-user technical support, including testing and troubleshooting from problem to resolution; escalate critical issues as needed; work with vendors to resolve problems
  • Design and deliver internal staff training to build technical proficiency and capacity
  • Design, manage and monitor user feedback loop for data collection and quality control; analyze and communicate issues to IT team and stakeholders for continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain accurate user documentation
