Capital Markets Business Analyst

job summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the client area and our technical organization by planning, conducting and completing analysis for moderately complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Obtain and document downstream business use cases, workarounds and impacts to help determine priority. Manages requirements for entire group and facilitates all requirements elicitation and documentation. Works with other groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user's needs, and document user requirements. Gathers data and prepares necessary reports for clients to support decision making and requirements analysis. This resource will also be required to provide front/middle office and operations support for both our static/transactional data systems.
