job summary:
Within the Intercompany/Product Flows Stream, the HUB Functional Intercompany and Product Flows Lead is responsible for the local implementation in the markets of the SHIFT ERP Core Model framework, which is embedded in a single ERP for all businesses on all geographies. This includes responsibility for the following areas of expertise:

  • Map the product flows for North-America waves in order to initialize the referential
  • Define with key users the test plans per site (assuming key users are already identified)
  • Test in SIT/UAT the interfaces between Legacy ERP and SHIFT ERP under development to be able to migrate per wave as planned in NA
  • Manage organizational changes in particular to determine who is going to monitor the flows after go-live of SHIFT system
  • Prepare transition scenario's between all waves of implementation in North-America
  • Identify users in each site and support user access management implementation
  • Train users in all plants
  • Coordinate UATs on product flows with Key users
  • Coordinate cut-over activities
  • Support post go-live activities

responsibilities:
We are engaging into a review program for harmonization of its current processes: Finance and Controlling, SBS, Trade, Customer Service, Supply Chain. The SHIFT project is the IT implementation of these Business Core Models into a Global ERP considering also the corresponding interfaces with the Back-Office and satellite tools. This review and transformation program aims at:

  • Enabling Global Business Units (GBU) & Global Functions with Analytics & common processes

    • Common analytics by GBU and for Global functions to drive their business, analyse their performance and optimize their resources
    • Standard Group wide best in class processes aimed at fostering a One Sanofi ways of managing our business and functions
Within the team for the delivery of the North-America implementation, the Intercompany Finance and Product flows Lead will be responsible for the following activities:

  • As an extension of the global Core team, understand the global Core model for Intercompany processes and lead workshops to explain the model to the North-America team
  • Identify gaps and design solutions for localization of the gaps
  • Map the product flows for North-America waves in order to initialize the referential
  • Manage organizational changes in particular related to the monitoring of the flows after go-live of SHIFT system
  • Prepare transition scenario's between all waves of implementation in North-America
  • Collect detailed local business requirements, define the target solution.
  • Document detailed target processes, functional and technical specifications (ERP, legacy).
  • Confirm and document in detail the specific developments* (ERP, legacy), adjust stream work load/plan.
  • Collect gaps, contribute to arbitration and design the selected ones.
  • Configure SAP according to the functional / technical specifications.
  • Perform integration tests for some transversal processes (ERP, legacy), collect & document outcomes.
  • Document and execute UAT scripts with key users.
  • Identify and document defects, Monitor fixing.
  • Contribute to cut-over plan preparation & execution.
 
qualifications:
  • 10 years professional experience. Experience of implementing large transformation program.
  • Relevant Supply Chain and Finance Experience
  • Have a good track record in a Pharmaceutical / Consumer Products industry
  • Analytical and summarization skills
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills, ability to defend the Core Model position
