IT Tier 1 Support

job summary:
  • Entry level IT Support position in Louisville, KY
  • Represent the IT department by being within the office to support those in need
  • Provide front-line support for laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices
  • Responsible for resolving service requests in a timely manner
  • Configure, install, and maintain equipment such as laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile, printers, scanners, and copiers
  • Ensure all laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile are configured per security standards
  • Monitor the help desk ticketing system. Respond as necessary to resolve customer issues, complete software installations requests, and requests for new computer hardware/peripherals
