Data Quality Analyst

job summary:
Participate in BRD review sessions, Design Sessions along with development cycles. Be able to support the GHR, Finance, Corporate workplace, Application data domains of RDR.

Able to enhance the current frameworks and be able to write new frameworks as the need arises. Able to proactively find performance bottlenecks and suggest remedies be able to manage multiple development, test and production environments.

The Developer resource is responsible for developing complex ETL models in data ware housing environment, involving technical design, development, testing, and migration of Oracle objects into production.

A successful resource will have below responsibilities:

Participate in requirement discussion with business users and understand on BRD, HLD and create LLD. Create and debug existing oracle code base as well as new code using existing frameworks.

Detail oriented and be accountable for migrations across environments. Test and identify data anomalies/data patterns in huge data sets. Critical thinking to ensure all assumptions, constraints, behaviors are well thought through and have good communication skills. . Prior work experience in data ware house involving millions of rows transformation. Prior Agile development experience with at least 2 to 3 projects done in agile mode. .

Required Skills:

? HR, Finance Data Domain experience preferable

? Reference Data Management Experience with a rigor around the Data Quality

? Agile and Scrum Development process experience

? Strong Design and Development for Mule Soft, Any point Studio, API Designer and Development is mandatory with Strong Java experience.

? Experience in Oracle 11G with SQL & PL/SQL is preferable. Especially in ETL process using Oracle functions & procedures/packages.

? Experience in UNIX Shell Scripts, Autosys, Subversion.

? Data ware house Experience (involving manipulation/transformation of millions of rows with optimal methods).

? Very Good Analytical, Debugging and Critical Thinking is mandatory

? Must be a team player with very good attitude towards team members and project with long-term working vision.

? Must be a fast learner and independent with multi-tasking capabilities.

Years of experience required: 5+

Top 3 required IT/Technical skill-sets:

1. Must Have Mule Soft Any point Studio, MULE API Designer,

2. Must Have Java,

3. Nice to Have Oracle SQL
