Product Owner

job summary:
1-3 Years Exp. Candidate will play a pivotal role in a strategic program that will create a foundation for new digital sales experiences.

Primary responsibilities will include working with product owners and tech leads to:

- Break new UI designs down into features & stories

- Draft acceptance criteria for each one

- Document and describe all user interactions

- Work with analytics to define tagging and reporting requirements

- Finalize any legal/compliance approvals

- Lead refinement and sizing stories with team

- Lead sprint planning

- Put together sprint plans

- Participate in daily/weekly routines with the team (stand ups, planning, refinement)

- Acceptance testing of all stories

- Coordinating across teams

- Documenting and communicating personalization/ A/B Testing procedures

- Creating testing plan for post release

- Creating materials for and provide updates in forums

The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering results, must be an innovative and strategic thinker, willing to challenge status quo, can learn quickly, is self-motivated, detail oriented, and can sift through voluminous amounts of information to pinpoint which items are relevant for inclusion in the future state solution.

The Product Owner will need blend of agile development & business skills and experience in leading cross-functional initiatives that enable them to facilitate sessions with multiple stakeholders to drive measurable results. This role will require impeccable organizational, time management, and communication skills, and must work well in a matrix organization.
