Business Operations Specialist needed for Contract Opportunity with Randstad Technologies client in Redmond, WA

Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to provide support for the main production team, reporting to the Business Operations Manager. Someone who is detailed orientated, motivated, process driven and has a passion for customer service and serves others with a friendly and approachable attitude. Looking for someone who can work independently but also know when to speak up when needed. You will not only be partnering with the Business Operations team in day to day support, but you will also be supporting the team!

Responsibilities

  • Provide contract hiring support for the team
  • Provide general support for the Business Operations team
  • Contract hiring end to end

    • Drafting and reviewing SOW templates
    • Accurately process SOWs for approvals and signatures
    • Create purchase orders & submit for approvals
  • Clear communication with internal clients & external suppliers
  • Partner with Admin & IT team for contractor onboarding and offboarding
  • NDA contract requests processing and execution
  • Complete special projects as needed
Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior Microsoft experience highly preferred
  • 2-3 years of industry experience (must be relevant in the past 4-5 years)
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills
  • Exercise sound judgment with maturity, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism in every transactions
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong ability to use good judgement and flexibility when prioritizing and juggling multiple projects at the same time
  • Team player - collaborate with Business Operations team daily to provide full coverage for Studio needs
  • Flexible schedule as needed

  • Familiarity with MS internal tools: MyOrder, MSInvoice, SharePoint
  • Passion for games industry
