Description:

Customer Connect is a large, multi-year program that will implement an advanced customer experience solution and consolidate Client's four legacy billing systems and edge solutions into one customer platform to deliver the universal experience our customers expect, leveraging SAP's C/4HANA / Hybris Customer Engagement & Commerce solutions and its Industry Solution for Utilities (IS-U) on HANA. Portions of the Customer Engagement & Commerce scope of Customer Connect will be delivered early in the program lifecycle to accelerate value to the customers and the company.

The Analyst plays a critical role in this program by developing subject matter expertise on specific functions and the related new software capabilities within the SAP Hybris Commerce, SiteCore, or SAP Self-Service Accelerator (SEW SSA) in order to support the development of a digital self-service and commerce solution. Functional development includes defining common future state customer journeys and business processes across jurisdictions, defining detailed business requirements, creating functional designs of new software components, ensuring alignment between user experience (UX) design and back end components, configuring the software, defining testing scenarios, and executing test scripts.

Experience or knowledge of customer service, digital marketing, merchandising, or customer experience functions and processes

Experience with SAP Hybris Commerce, SiteCore, or SAP Self-Service Accelerator (SEW SSA)

Experience with defining and executing a customer experience vision across digital channels (omni-channel)

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Experience in data/process analysis and problem solving

Experience working in a project environment

Project management or process improvement experience

Proficient in MS Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint
