responsibilities:
Work with case (and proposal) teams in a leading role:

  • Provides customized knowledge for client work, occasionally providing client facing expertise
  • Acts s a thought partner, establishes credibility with case teams and provides problem solving & topic/sector expertise insights (up to 20% of time)
  • Captures, codifies & maintains knowledge content
  • Work with topic/sector teams in a leading role
  • Collaborates & maintains the development of new knowledge through participation in Tier1s &internal research and knowledge infrastructure projects, database, surveys, etc...
  • Controls quality & supervises contribution / updates to existing topic/sector knowledge base
  • Develops content for go-to-market materials
  • Promotes innovation at client by identifying knowledge capture opportunities
  • Contributes to building sector/topic/ teams and suggests emerging topic/sectors based on client deman
  • Manage projects
  • Manages KT team on projects with case teams, ensures execution & is responsible for overall quality
  • Leads the communication and manages workflow to ensure case team satisfaction
  • Reviews & assesses the relevancy of documents in existing topic/sector-related knowledge base
 
qualifications:
Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required; Advanced Degree Preferred
  • 4-5+ years of industry experience or 2+ years consulting experience
  • Deep Knowledge of Technology topics, such as Software Development, SaaS, PaaS, migration to cloud, SaaS pricing
  • Expertise in one of the key areas such as SaaS, PaaS, Edge, IoT, Cloud (SaaS/PaaS), etc.
  • With your self-identified expertise area, you have deep understanding of the technology platform, business value and you are able to articulate the various layers, players, challenges and best practices

  • Topic/sector expertise in the affiliated PA
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong industry network
  • Ability to multi-task & operate effectively in a matrix organization
  • Developed skills in building trust and rapport with the Knowledge Analyst & Senior Knowledge Analysts
  • Potential to develop management skills and business acumen
  • Strong experience in a topic/sector domain with own professional network
  • Strong presence & high level of maturity
