As a User Experience TouchPoint Designer, you will be a part of team that is shaping the future of marketing technology platforms by step-changing our CRM and consumer ecosystem, enabling deeper and direct connections with consumers, building digital-native applications, leveraging disruptive technologies, driving agile work processes, and bringing thought/do leadership to work every day. You will be responsible for helping develop a cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation roadmap in support of E-Commerce objectives.

Consumers are at the center of everything we do and the team plays a critical role in architecting, designing, building and managing the marketing technology stack for our 80 brands and 4.6 billion consumers around the world. Our scope stretches across front-end touchpoints and back-end applications, consumer engagement and relationship management systems, programmatic advertising and consumer data management, algorithm science and data analytics, connected devices and other digital technology that interacts with our consumers.

Our team is embarking upon the next generation of cloud-enabled technologies to create deeper, more valuable relationships with our consumers so that they chose to buy products more often - both online and offline. We are looking for a candidate that can build and shape our use of marketing technology, specifically with cloud applications, internal and external API services.

The Ideal candidate will Deliver an end-to-end user experience across every user touch point for the business, using well established human-centered design principles to ensure that products and applications are the most useful, usable and desirable products in the marketplace. You will work closely with business leadership to develop brand strategies, product roadmaps and brand design languages. You will collaborate with other interaction designers, user researchers, industrial designers, visual designers and engineers on interfaces ranging from web and desktop to mobile and embedded UI. You will create outstanding branded, seamless experiences that span multiple Touchpoints and users to create design strategies and advanced design concepts.Drive interactive visual designs from concept through development.

Connections Reporting, for our delivery experience, and across all of our other various customer touchpoints. A successful candidate will have a passion for designing innovative user interfaces informed by customer research and data, industry best practices, and iterative testing. You have proven experience explore multiple design solutions to a given problem or feature, and communicate those solutions visually through sketches, user flows, wireframes, functional prototypes, and/or high-fidelity designs, as necessary

  • experience with Lean UX and iterative/Agile design methods
  • experience working with an Agile development team
  • experience participating in design research
  • experience with observational research and usability testing
  • experience with wire framing or clickable prototyping programs. Keynote, Omnigraffle and Balsamiq
  • experience in interaction visual design of products and software applications
  • demonstrated experience scoping, planning and executing projects in accordance with an iterative development process
  • experience creating low-fidelity to high-fidelity renderings, mockups and prototypes
  • Lead the full design process from concept development to wireframes to high-fidelity specs
  • Identify and solve large-scale problems with minimal guidance. Share and seek adoption of these solutions for company-wide impact
  • Manage multiple design projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Present work to product and engineering teams and facilitate feedback
  • Present work to executive level management
  • Proactively assess and recommend improvements to the user experience. Advocate for usability, design and innovation within the organization
  • Engaging with users and converting their feedback into effective user experience changes
  • Visualize design problems and information in ways that are easy for other team members to comprehend
  • Work creatively around difficult resource and technical limitations
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate best current thinking into product designs

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, or similar role.
  • Experience consumer products.
  • Experience managing user research and usability testing.
  • Experience working across teams to synthesize feedback and input from product management, engineering, and customers.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior management.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions
  • An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
  • Experience producing functional prototypes in HTML, JavaScript, & CSS
  • Visual design experience in mockups and style guides
  • Experience designing mobile web, and/or on-device mobile applications.
  • Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs, and customer expectations.
  • Unwavering attention to detail with an acute awareness that everything counts.
