Sr. SailPoint Identity IQ Developer

job summary:
Description:

  • This position will be part of a growing Identity and Access Management team that manages a global Identity and Access Governance platform. As part of the IAM team, you will work on expanding the applications integrated into the IAG platform, work to solve challenging business issues, and improve process efficiency. Utilizing the IAG platform and related technologies, this position will help the IAM team build strategies, work with the business to improve IAM processes, architect and plan solutions to business issues, and lead initiatives the initiatives to implement these solutions.
40% Strategy and Planning

  • Creating, maintaining, planning and driving identity and access management strategies and roadmaps
  • Serve as a thought leader for enterprise level resolution of audit focus areas in the identity and authorization, certification and logical access.
  • Guide the business in the adoption of IAM strategies, processes and practices.
  • Guide the development and implementation of IAM initiatives
  • Coordinate the communication of IAM strategy, policies and processes globally with the Platform BU IT managers, TGRC team members and other key Platform and Corporate stakeholders.
40% Execution

Lead the execution of Identity and Access Management solutions/initiatives.

Provide measures of efficiency, cost and effectiveness of access management solutions.

Drives continuous improvement of the services provided.

15% Identity and Access Governance (IAG) platform Subject Matter Expert for Application Access Management

Stay current on features and capabilities of Client's IAG platform

Develop and maintain Application Access Management patterns using IAG platform

5% Any other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

- 8 + years of broad I/T experience.

- 4 + years of I/T security experience.

- Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/Javascript, SQL

- Experience with IT systems and technology platforms: Unix, Windows, Apache Tomcat

- Experience with Databases: Oracle, MSSQL

- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ

- Experience with Directories: Oracle DSEE LDAP, AD

- Experience in software development lifecycle activities - development, testing, production deployments

- Experience in working with diverse global teams

- Very strong writing and documentation skills

- Demonstrated experience in independently managing priorities & workload effectively and making timely decisions.

- Demonstrated experience moving from concept to implementation effectively.

- Ability mentor and develop team members in key techniques, tools, and skills.

- Ability to learn on the fly, manage through systems and complex processes, and have sufficient overall intellectual horsepower to address the demands of the team and environment.

- Proven record of high performance in problem solving, collaborating, planning/priority setting, timely decision making, perseverance, and a drive for results.

- Exceptional teaming skills encompassing cross-functional global teams, peer relationships, informing, and understanding and appreciating differences.

- Demonstrated ability to persevere, adapt to adversity, move forward and drive for results (resilient)

- Ability to work as part of a remote team

- Ability to travel 15%

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business Related field or equivalent work experience

- Experience with enterprise systems (SAP)

- Experience with Oracle Waveset Identity Management system

- Experience in Role design

- Experience with Project Management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation).

- Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and SecurityIQ

- Experience in Security software or internal IT audit
