Job Description

Build and drive IT automation strategy for digital business in an agile environment. Create business model for IT automation platform including architecture, operation support and product specification. Proof of concepts and solution design for the various stakeholders using emerging technologies. Strong ability to perform technical analysis, design and identify impacts (functional/technical). Orchestrate and control the technical aspects of the implementation effort delivered by the off-shore team. Duties include, but are not limited to:

responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the architectural definition and execution / implementation of the digital automation platform.
  • Define and advocate product strategy, roadmap and architectural blueprint to stakeholders.
  • Build business cases to drive the realization of the process automation strategy and architectural roadmaps
  • Manage a range of activities and set their relative priority. Gain commitment from offshore team and the vendor delivering business value through high quality software.
  • Root cause analysis and actively remove obstacles to meet business deliverables and improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Able to provide high level strategic, analytical direction as well as deep dive into specific areas to define or resolve key technical issues
  • Working experience in Workflow implementation approach, orchestration, architecture, SOA, process design.
  • Experience in system integration with third party products such as ITSM products, MS SQL Server and Incident Ticketing systems etc.
  • Experience in gathering workflow requirements and prepare Process Design framework.
  • Experience in REST API and interface integration. Scripting technologies (JavaScript, Shell, PHP, and/or Python)
  • A history of software analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance and support of IT Service Management tools including Cisco Prime Service Catalog and Cisco Process Orchestrator preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, leadership teams, subject matter experts and end customers. As well as internal and external developers and vendors.
  • Can Do Attitude, strong problem solving skills, ready to work in fast pace environment and willing to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to involve and/or manage multiple activities/projects at once.
  • Bachelor degree in information technology or related fields
