Role Description:

The OpenText Consultant will join Enterprise Content Management Team in client Global IT and will work with client's business units and functions on projects to deploy OpenText solutions. The OpenText

Consultant should be a skilled OpenText professional who can gather business requirements, create system designs according to client's target architectures, build/configure, test and deploy solutions. There

are two open positions for this role.

Principal Accountabilities

20% Analysis & Requirements Gathering:

- Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements (performance, availability, security, accessibility, cross-browser compliance) from business stakeholders and end users using

standard templates, using natural language.

- Based on requirements, define security model and folder structure for OpenText solutions.

- Provide subject matter expertise in the application of OpenText technology to help businesses understand the functionality present in the solution suite.

70% Solution Design/Build:

- Design OpenText project solutions that meet project requirements and adhere to relevant standards and principles, leverage common tools and processes, and meet cost/delivery objectives.

- Perform reviews with key stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle to ensure alignment on solution designs and requirements. This may include but is not limited to the following activities: design

reviews, testing execution, deployment verifications, customer satisfaction reviews, etc.

- Create supporting solution design documentation to ensure sustainment of the solution and business capability, support solution implementation as necessary.

- Configure/build OpenText solutions according to project requirements.

- Create test scripts and perform system testing.

- Resolve defects identified during user acceptance testing.

- Work with end users to complete user acceptance testing, deploy solution, and support go-live.

10% Project Delivery Responsibilities:

- Manage workload and priorities to deliver project deliverables

- Prepare high and detailed level estimations of effort in order to achieve a preferred solution.

Minimum Required Qualifications

- 5+ years experience designing, building/configuring, and testing Enterprise Content Management systems (OpenText) solutions:

o Content Server, Archive Server, OTDS, Enterprise Connect, Case Mgmt, Records Mgmt, Web Services, OTIC, Object Importer, Web Reports, Workflow

o Understanding of architectural/admin of OpenText

Preferred Qualifications

- OpenText 16.2 Suite. SAP xECM: Enterprise Scan, Doculink, ECMLink, Business Workspace - hands-on deployment experience

- Engineering Doc Mgmt products - CAD mgr, Brava, AD#, CRT.

- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Experience, across various businesses and project types (including custom software development, COTS and SAAS implementation, O&M support).

- Familiarity with Business Analyst Body of Knowledge (BABOK)

- Knowledge of and experience with Testing and Change Management

Success Attributes:

- Strong analytical and design skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and requirements and translate them into solutions.

- Ability to influence peers and leadership stakeholders

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people.

- Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies

- Business fluency in English

- Familiarity with technology enabled document retention policies
