Customer Service Advisor (HR Call Center)

job summary:
  • Our HR call center agents serve as the first point of contact for candidates, employees, managers, former employees, and contingent workers. If you're ready to multitask and keep everything moving, join our team and have a starring role in helping us continue to provide daily freight solutions to our global customers.

    What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Receive, route, resolve, and properly close all HR inquiries
  • Create, triage and resolve customer inquiries and requests
  • Perform daily review of open case cues
  • Assist customers in understanding HR systems, processes, and procedures
  • Provide data entry support for new hire data, contingent worker information, employee personal data
  • Fulfill employment verification requests if escalated
  • Participate in system testing and identification of system and user-interface issues
  • What you need to succeed:

    At a minimum, you'll need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • It'd be great if you had:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 year of experience working in Contact Center or HR
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
  • Ability to use and navigate through multiple computer applications and databases
  • Ability to build strong cross functional relationships and interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
