One of our Austin,TX Clients is looking for a full time Project Manager, qualified candidates will have the following qualifications:

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Elicit business requirements and constraints from client stakeholders and internal team members
  • Define high-level epics as well as detailed acceptance criteria that clearly outline software deliverables
  • Use tools such as story maps to prioritize the delivery of business value and to gain team and client consensus on these plans
  • Develop business process workflows and seek opportunities to optimize and automate where applicable
  • Create product roadmaps that deliver value and mitigate risk while delivering value within constraints
  • Deliver friendly, proactive and dependable client service
  • Contribute to elevating team capabilities in product management, story mapping, business process workflows, and roadmapping
  • Provide mentorship and guidance within the product team
  • Drive innovation within the team and the company and contribute to broader thought leadership in the industry and community
Experience:

  • A champion of delivering business value and have a track record of successful delivery of complex web applications
  • Experienced master of creating product backlogs and roadmaps that balance business value, user value, and technical constraints
