Product Analyst

job summary:
  • The platform operations specialist role will help build a digital playbook to empower internal business teams and external agencies to build new sites by following a set of steps and tools. The product analyst will play key role in defining the ideal workflow and usage of the CMS and eComm platforms. Working with the technical platform teams the analyst will identify gaps and communicate these requirements to the product management team.
  • Ensure all current ecommerce and content technologies are fully leveraged and optimized across the new stack applications
  • Work with eMarketing and eCommerce teams to capture the various operational requirements around new product launches, marketing campaigns, promotions and pricing.
  • Work with the core platform teams to document current capabilities of the CMS, eComm, PIM and DAM systems to ensure content teams have access to the latest tools documentation
  • Provide training and technical support for our new stack content & ecommerce platform.
  • Conduct workshops on how to use the various tools, introduce internal teams to the optimal workflows and step-by-step processes of adding new assets, drafting and publishing product driven data and marketing content.
  • Build an online digital toolkit, knowledge hub that features the design system and enables internal and external teams to have continues access to essential resources like code samples, design assets and templates.
  • Serve as backup for tasks performed by the content and DTC teams
  • Manage and meet KPIs established for specific eCommerce and digital initiatives
  • Background/Experience Required:
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, UX, Communications or other related degree required
  • 3+ years of experience with Content and or Marketing Automation, Marketing Technology, eCommerce, and Website operations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of front-end web development tools and techniques, enabling eCommerce platforms, data exchange and structure between information systems
  • Strong verbal, visual, negotiation and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and critical attention to detail
  • Able to function in a fast paced team environment
