.NET Program Manager

job summary:
We are looking for an experienced Manager of Programming to organize and coordinate programming and call scripting activities. You will need to understand flow charting and project design, and must be capable of identifying the overall problems/issues and assigning the necessary and correct resources to completely design and implement solutions. You will provide strategic guidance to the team and operations in ways that solve internal and customer facing programming requirements supporting various inbound and outbound call center activities. You will also oversee and coordinate the overall progress of the programming team.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.

The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.

  • Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects
  • Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives
  • Coordinating cross-project activities
  • Working with both Corporate Management and 30 Local Call Centers to establish department priorities

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position

  • Strong experience using C#, PHP, and VB Net.
  • Specific Call Center programming package experience and/or Knowledge of telecom or telephony are major plusses.
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field
