User Experience Analyst

job summary:
Randstad Technologies is looking for a User Experience Analyst with proven experience in conducting user research, analysis, design, and presentation of findings, wireframes, or related artifacts to stakeholders. Specific responsibilities include conducting user based research, performing analysis, creating intuitive designs, and presenting work products in accordance with the clients IT's System Development Methodology and user experience best practices. 1 yr+ contract

This position has a US citizenship and Bachelor's degree requirement.

Location: Washington DC

Primary Skill Sets:

    • Experience in conducting research and analysis on user behaviors through interviews, surveys, and other methods
    • Experience creating intuitive designs with wireframes or diagrams that annotate desired behaviors and interactions
    • Proven ability to synthesize and present findings and recommendations to clients, internal development teams, and other stakeholders
    • Experience conducting usability reviews and testing including test script preparation
    • Experience working in a team environment as well as independently
    • Strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Expertise with coding accessible user interfaces
    • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap or similar frameworks
    • Experience with accessibility (Section 508) review and testing
    • Experience with multiple SDLC models, particularly Agile methodologies, is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in visual design, psychology, communications, computer science, or related UX field
About the Project:

The candidate will be working onsite (8 hours per day or 40 hours per week), working with an internal team of User Experience analysts.
