Salesforce Field Support

job summary:
We need a unique individual who:

  • Knows Salesforce in and out from a field user perspective
  • Has proven experience meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements
  • Has Salesforce field user training experience including conducting demonstrations
  • Has Project Management/organization skills for taking on Tasks and completing them within deadlines
  • Stellar communications skills, written and verbal
  • Has experience creating Salesforce Learning Materials
  • Has experience presenting to Leadership/Execs
  • Ability to create senior level dashboards on metrics and support topics
