job summary:
Description:

  • Design, develop, integrate, test, deploy and support enterprise-level Appian based BPM applications.
  • Translate business process specifications into Appian process model prototypes and solutions
  • Support data gathering and analysis to facilitate risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Support reporting requirements and various gap analysis efforts related to process improvements
  • Identify, propose, evaluate, estimate, and drive solutions while thoroughly considering people, process, and system impacts
  • Develop and use library of reusable Appian components that can be leveraged in the enterprise
  • Conduct and participate in detailed design reviews and validate the design follows the approved architecture
  • Have at least a working knowledge of Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, JSON, HTML, CSS, SOAP, REST, SQL, Weblogic, JBoss, etc.
  • Experience designing and building complete business applications with a primary focus on UI and UX.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Appian or other BPM/work flow management applications
  • Strong skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, and find solutions to solving them independently in a timely manner
  • Create and facilitate efficient and cost effective solutions and analyze systems specification to meet business requirements
  • Proficient in how to deploy to and debug environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
  • Responsible for the design, build and deployment of effective User Interfaces solutions
  • Experience with Relational Databases, Stored Procedures, and general ETL concepts
  • Translate requirements from the business and analyst into technical code
  • Ability to perform research and interviews to elaborate on business requirements and then translate into specifications for technical deliverables
  • Analyze, facilitate, model, and organize information in order to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs
  • Strong communication skills, including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building.
  • Proven time management and organization skills (must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines)
