PC Provisioning Coordinator

job summary:
The PC Provisioning Coordinator ensures that all services provided by Provisioning Program are delivered within the agreed Service Level Agreement set in place, and that the PCP technicians stay focused and productive on a daily basis. The incumbent will be responsible for SLA in maintaining the client requirements in addition to individual deliverable of daily requests. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills.

responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:

- Provision PC and PC equipment based on daily requests including special projects

- Monitor all incoming service requests and assign to designated team members

- Ensure Service Level Agreement is maintained on a daily basis

- Scan all received equipment, imaging computers with a standard image, deliver and setup of PC request

- Provide events and rental support

- Monitor PC Provisioning Remedy queue, and maintain records of work orders completed by the team

- Ensure that all PC requests fulfilled are within the PC Provisioning policies and guidelines of the client

- Ensure that the asset information for all provisioned equipment is updated in Remedy/PCIM

- Manage PC Provisioning Remedy queue and ensure all tickets are performed and closed

- Oversee equipment inventory and inform Team Lead stock projections to allow time to purchase

- Work with PCP technicians on improving skills

- Follow established and tested process and procedures provided by the Team Lead

- Validate installation through defined quality assurance procedures

- Fill-in, review, and turn-in tracking documents on a daily/weekly basis

- Ensure work environment is maintained (clean, organized, and safe)

- Provide weekly statistics to Team Lead on a regular basis, or on demand

- Provide monthly reports on PCP services (total request, resolved, cancelled, etc.)

- Troubleshoot PC Operating System and Hardware issues

 
qualifications:
- Role Specific Experience: 5+ years of work experience relevant to the duties and accountabilities of the position

- Experience in asset management

- Experience with the World Bank standard operating systems and desktop software, including but not limited to: Microsoft Windows 7, Office 2010, Lotus Notes, and SAP

- Experience with Windows Vista / Win 7PC Imaging and staging

 
skills: - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (MS-Office skills)

- Advanced knowledge of hardware and software products, and problem solving/troubleshooting skills

- Advanced knowledge of office technology hardware (PC's, printers, etc.)

- Willingness and ability to exhibit pleasant, professional, and courteous workplace etiquette

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Excellent administrative skills: organized, efficient, detail oriented, and versatile

- Excellent customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels

- Ability to install a client's standard/core software packages and new releases of these packages as instructed in written guidelines.

- Ability to follow instructions

- Capacity to assume increasing responsibility

- Ability to assemble and configure typical equipment configurations for PCs or laptops

- Ability to function well in a team-based environment, and to contribute to common goals

- Ability to perform all responsibilities of PCP technicians and fill in when needed
