- Validation of converted data between PeopleSoft HCM and Workday HCM
- Creating and executing reports for Gold Build Data Validation between Workday and PeopleSoft including Work Address, Biographic Data, Custom IDs, Demographic Data, Term Data and Name/Email
- Testing of Integrations inbound to and outbound from Workday HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll.
- Execution of Workday HCM processes for testing purposes and data staging in prep for integration testing.
- Assist with catch-up processing with Workday Deployment

- Workday HCM (Human Capital Management)experience
- Understanding of Workday data and ability to complete data compares utilizing reports between Workday and PeopleSoft
- Functional expertise with Workday integrations such as testing, requirements, data staging. No development needed.
- PeopleSoft HCM experience a plus (not required)
- Understanding of Workday Business Processes for data entry during catch up processing period of Workday deployment
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, at least six, typically eight years of solid, diverse work experience in IT.
