Talent Acquisition Partner/Sourcer

job summary:
Talent Acquisition Partner/Sourcer (IT and Cyber Security), you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment on business critical roles and will collaborate with and advise Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent for our business. The Talent Acquisition Partner/Sourcer (IT and Cyber Security) is essential to independently manage an ongoing load of 15-32 exempt level positions across multiple functions and Business Units. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (IT) position is responsible for building and executing recruiting strategies which include target lists, job description review, candidate assessment, sourcing methodologies, research, proactive cold calling and candidate development, interviewer preparation and coaching, feedback collection, creation and negotiation of offers, and reference checking.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (IT) will be designing, implementing and monitoring human resource programs and policies to best achieve the organization's objectives. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (IT) will also be anticipating and planning for long-term human resource needs and trends as well as ensuring that current employees have the necessary skills for future requirements..

Additional responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Partner (IT) include:

- Create strong internal and external relationships in the function/industry in order to build a candidate pipeline for current and future openings

- Talent acquisition advisor to hiring managers

- Communicate appropriately, proactively and consistently with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, external contacts, candidates and prospects to ensure a positive client and candidate experience

- Prioritize work and set appropriate expectations with hiring managers and partners

- Utilize passive and direct sourcing techniques, and seek new methods and innovative solutions, to identify and attract prospective candidates and build talent pipeline

- Represent and differentiate to external candidates by effectively describing our business, strategy, culture and values

- Manage external vendors including contingency and retained search firms

- Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and recruiting peers to share talent, market intelligence, and best practice recruiting methodology

- Comply with all Talent Acquisition and broader policies, procedures and risk requirements

- Overseeing the implementation of human resource policies as well as developing and administering compensation and benefits program

- Developing and maintaining a diverse workforce. Maintaining human resource information systems

qualifications:
Required Skills:.

- 3+ years' IT recruiting required with a proven background in recruiting across all position in IT and all levels including but not limited to Java Developers, Application Developers, Software Engineers, Big Data Engineers, Development Engineers, System Analysts, Programmer Analyst, Enterprise Architects, IT Architects, DevOps Architects.

- 5+ years' experience recruiting for mid to senior level positions in a corporate environment

- Proven skills sourcing for niche positions

- Experience souring candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social media platforms

- Experience leading conversations with senior managers and their teams

- ATS experience (i.e. Taleo, Workday)

Preferred Skills:

- Agency recruiting experience

- Experience working with agency recruiters and outside vendors such as RPOs

Education:

Bachelor's Degree
