Reflexis Workforce Management Lead

job summary:
?Our client helps Retailers build a sustainable workforce that keeps their customers satisfied while saving millions in tangible costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of a project implementation including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, and Testing
  • Ad-Hoc duties as required
  • Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive Workforce Management (WFM) solution
  • Guide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needs
  • Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes
  • Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs
  • Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when designing the WFM solution
  • Utilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriate
  • Understand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solutions
  • Build long term relationships and trust
  • Interact/collaborate with our client associates in sales and customer service
  • Exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timelines, and any issues as they arise
  • Travel to and interact directly with client
  • Conduct training for Reflexis software
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
  • Total experience of 8-10 years
  • 3 years of experience in Retail operations
  • 3-5 years of experience implementing WFM and Time & Attendance solutions at a variety of retailers as SME or Solution Consultant
  • At least 3 years of business consulting experience
Nice to have:

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Located in the Greater Boston Area
  • Reflexis experience
  • Workforce Analytics experience
  • Classroom training experience
  • HR & Payroll systems experience
  • Project management experience
  • Tech savvy
  • Strong client relationship skills including the ability to influence the client and guide the client to the best solution to help resolve their needs
  • Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, and escalate to the appropriate level
  • Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office
