Title: Deskside Support Tier 2
Location: Tampa, FL
Duration: 3 Month Contract to Hire

work hours: 9am to 5pm
education: High School
Day to Day will involve supporting hardware and software issues escalated from tier 1 support, resolve escalations without needing to escalate further. Support mobility, replace mobile phones in a client-facing environment.
Must Have Skills:
- Tier 2 desk side support experience/ Tier 2 experience handling escalations
- Customer Service experience, or ability to be client-facing
