Description:

  • The Program Manager will report directly to the Practice Executive, who requires candor and transparency to drive an aggressive industry leading product.
  • Working alongside Technology, Business, Design, and Research resources, the candidate will drive the execution of the mission and goals, and communicate measurable results for accountability.
  • This is a complex multi-year and multi-discipline program that will lead to a new offering and transformation within the firm; it will be critical to understand the larger perspective to link together a complete roadmap.
  • Additionally, this role is responsible for aligning resources, overseeing the budget, coordinating release plans, project managing engagement with other external teams, and tracking key milestones/risks/dependencies.
This role requires:

  • Results-oriented executor: Show impact and drive metrics in our programs, working with participants as a facilitator and driver.
  • Gather data and build processes to repeat and scale our programs, learning and adapting along the way.
Experienced communicator:

  • Ability to gather and synthesize information from a variety of individuals, assess risk and issues, collaborate on alternatives, and communicate with multiple stakeholders including senior executives.
  • Will have experience building, managing, growing programs, driving execution, and setting and meeting goals. Has worked in a fast-paced, lean technology company, and/or start-up environment.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change. Seasoned professional with minimum 7 years' experience.
