The Project Manager is responsible for the management of key Information Services projects throughout the entire project life cycle. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing enterprise wide application implementation and upgrade projects in healthcare or a related field. Candidates with clinical project experience preferred. You will be part of the enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) and will manage multiple moderate to high complexity projects using project management framework and system development lifecycle methodology.  
Manages application related projects (e.g., implementation of new modules, rollouts, and enhancements/upgrades) throughout the entire project life cycle

· Establishes and executes project plans for successful project delivery

· Effectively manages project risks and issues

· Communicates ideas, risks, issues, and status in a clear and concise manner; Adjusts presentation style to suit the intended audience

· Ensures effective organizational change management to support successful adoption and operationalization of application and workflow changes

· Manages project budgets

· Defines resource needs and negotiates for appropriate resources

· Mentors and coaches resources as necessary in the areas of project leadership

skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Healthcare; equivalent experience considered

· PMP certification

· 5 to 8 years project management experience required.

· Experience with clinical healthcare projects preferred; other relevant industry experience considered

· Must be solution oriented and collaborative and have the ability to motivate project teams to deliver results that add value to the organization's goals

· Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

· Must have an adaptive project management and communication approach that aligns with the needs of the project and project team

· Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies and adapt to changes and demands of the organization

· Must be an effective problem solver, strategic thinker, and self-motivated

· Experience in SDLC (Waterfall), Iterative Methodologies required

· Experience in Agile / SCRUM a plus
