Agile/Kanban Coordinator

job summary:
We're looking for an Agile Kanban Coordinator who can help teams realize their full potential by coaching and enabling them to deliver outstanding products. You will need to help guide the team to handle various complex situations. You will be responsible for managing the project details, schedule, resource assignment issues, team logistics, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing expectations.

Drive standups, review sessions, status, customer relationship management meetings, and other needed activities for optimal project delivery

- Adopt, drive, and adjust Kanban methods and process for team and project needs

- Track and help manage throughput and cycle time

- Accurately gather and translate customer requirements, assumptions, and constraints into project deliverables with an Agile context (variable scope, timelines, milestones, and executable tasks)

- Assist team with backlog development and grooming

- Coordinate and manage engagement details and align with the delivery organization for project tracking

- Collaborate with functional leaders, product owners, and product managers

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between agile teams

- Identify and resolve risks, blockers, scope changes, deadline changes, and schedule conflicts efficiently and creatively

- Solution and recommend continuous process improvements

- A minimum of 6+ years in web development, with 2+ years working in with agile frameworks

- At least 4+ years of business analyst or project coordination experience

- Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban principles, preferably Kanban

- At least 1 year working in Kanban environment

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones

- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment

- Familiarity with Rally a plus
