responsibilities:
IT Metrics Governance and Change Management

- Document, operate and maintain operational processes and procedures to support the entire metrics lifecycle (Propose, Develop, Pilot, Operate and Retire)

- Engage with IT Leadership, Human Resources and CFO business support partners

- Partner with IT metric owners and points of contact to define newly proposed metrics and change management of existing operational metrics

- Ensure quality and integrity of IT metric results and engage metric POCs to resolve any discrepancies

IT Metrics Analytics

- Analyze and interpret metric results to summarize for Executive Leadership for impacts to IT Risk and Operations

- Lead analysis and summarization of current and historical IT metric results, to include trending and patterns across multiple IT divisions

- Coordinate with metric owners and points of contact to provide insightful commentary on variances for executive reporting, including board-level reports

IT Metrics Tools and Reporting.

Partner with Executive Reporting team to ensure quality of executive reports (current and historical)

- Manage requirements and use of tools (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, Tableau, etc.) that support both metrics governance and operations

- Develop and maintain a CIO Metrics Dashboard that focuses on Key Performance Indicators to ensure alignment with business outcomes

- Provide support to other IT initiatives and business process improvement projects

 
qualifications:
Qualifications

- 7+ years of related experience with identification, collection and analysis of organizational performance measures and Executive level reporting

- College Degree or equivalent work experience

- Business Management or related experience working with Technology and analysis/review of technology related performance

- Strong quantitative and analytics capabilities including building metric reporting, analyzing variances and trend analysis

- Strong organization and process skills including analysis, planning and execution

- Experience with Tableau (or similar tools), SharePoint and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

 
skills: Ability to use metric results data to help inform strategy and direction

- Intellectual agility and interpersonal flexibility

- Strong consultation and communication skills

- Exemplary visual design, writing and editorial experience/skills

- Ability to work with and collaborate across the team and where silos exist
