Coordinator- office services

job summary:
Support including but not limited to the below:

  • Completes work assignments and priorities in a timely manner.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity-high level of confidentiality required.
  • Leads office management and administrative aspects of event planning, management, coordination (team wide)
  • Detail oriented with/of high level of sensitive company information

salary: $21.00 - 23.10 per hour
work hours: 9am to 6pm
education: Bachelors
 
responsibilities:
  • 2-4 years administrative or relevant work experience with senior leadership or above preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook, Visio and Power Point) with an intermediate or better skill set
  • Ability to handle time sensitive documents
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced team environment
  • Work self-directed at times using sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills based on the ability to clearly and concisely communicate
  • Coordinate and distribute agendas for meetings with direct mangers and others
  • Create slide presentations using PowerPoint
  • Manage team org charts
  • Provides data and information to management for specified area
  • Utilizes business and process knowledge to construct communications (for example: electronic, verbal, and written)
  • Team space and budget management
 
qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook, Visio and Power Point) with an intermediate or better skill set
