job summary:
As the Executive Deskside Support Technician, you will provide comprehensive technical support including tracking, troubleshooting, and resolving all end-user computer issues. Become a part of our growing, dynamic team and we'll help you develop to a level that will exceed your expectations.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Deliver elite support to onsite and remote executives, in a courteous professional manner
  • Develop solid relationships and demonstrate the ability to inspire trust and maintain confidentiality to best understand and support executive level needs
  • Provide recommendations regarding new technologies to better support the company
  • Independently resolve complex, break/fix issues in person or via telephone
What you need to succeed at Company:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of experience supporting a corporate, networked computer environment
  • Proficiency with PC, MAC, mobile devices, LAN/WAN, printers, communication devices, and other peripherals; ability to quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications
  • Advanced knowledge, support, and troubleshooting of AV, presentation, and teleconferencing equipment
It'd be great if you also have:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
  • MCP, MSCE, A+certifications

    • 10 years of experience installing, troubleshooting, and supporting corporate AV equipment; executive/VIP support; building, deploying, and troubleshooting desktop computers in a corporate environment; Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, and O365 support; Telephony equipment; and Mac OS experience
