Software Verification Engineer (avionics)
Randstad Engineering Solutions is looking for qualified engineers to expand their business unit dedicated to developing multiple types of LRUs for avionics.
location: Long Beach, California

salary: $50 - 60 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
This job is associated with the development of Test Procedures & Python scripts to verify the software for FMS following the DO-178B/C guidelines.
Process: Structured (e.g. DO-178B like) | DO-178B/C
Domain: Avionics | FMS
Environment: Python, DOORS, Jira, Confluence, bitbucket
- Good Communication Skills
Role Specific (Required)
- BSEE, BSCE, BSCS with 5+ years of verification of software for avionics
- Experience in Python scripting for embedded sw (this is not a web app)
- Generate Test Procedures from Software Requirements
Role Specific (Desired)
- Experience in DO-178C
- Coverage tool setup (LDRA preferable)
- Experience with FMS software
