job summary:
Title: DPI Analyst

  • Perform large scale data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
  • Plan, design and track pilot initiatives and impacts.
  • Drive efficiencies into the business tracking and monitoring progress.
  • Analyze work pipeline and workflow. Implement scheduling to optimize throughput and efficiency across multiple languages.
  • Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures.
  • Work with operations and engineering to develop and define new or improved tools.
  • Track key performance metrics across the team.

Mandatory NOTE: CANDIDATES SHOULD BE LOCAL TO PITTSBURGH, PA AND AVAILABLE FOR IN PERSON INTERVIEWS

  • Must have experience with metrics compilation including validation and data extraction, creating baselines for a variety of metrics, reporting, and dashboard creation across a variety of workflows
  • Experience in technical roles, including advanced Excel and scripting skills, QA, workflow support, and workflow documentation creation
  • Demonstrable knowledge of SQL and Databases
  • Excellent diagnostic reasoning and ability to do some independent troubleshooting of issues and the ability to escalate as needed
  • Experience in project management and driving process improvements
  • Experience with regular expressions and/or XSLT
  • Ability to communicate any related issues to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to interface and collaborate working across geographically dispersed teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in software engineering or a related field or equivalent practice
Desired

  • Assist client in the adoption and improvement of new workflows by metrics compilation, automation and analysis.
  • Provide documentation, feedback and guidance to improve processes and ensure the success of clients' workflows.
  • Help stakeholders resolve day­-to­-day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions.
  • Improve processes by providing client feedback and working closely with Partner Operations Managers and Partner Technology Managers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
