Seeking a Helpdesk Analyst with networking experience who can handle level 1 calls. Candidate will be doing some phone support and work alongside Sr. Helpdesk Associates.

- 3+ years' experience
- Customer service experience
- Worked in a high call volume support area before.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
