The Product Research Centre (PRC) plays an active role in contacting consumers and understanding their (dormant) needs. As a Product Research Manager you focus as part of a multidisciplinary team on development of the desirable product experience in home by performing a range of exploitative, quantitative and qualitative research with its own panel or through external research agencies.

Your team

As Product Research Associate in the Product Research Center, you will steer the business by understanding and representing the end-user in our innovation projects and by providing reliable end-user knowledge. You will be a member of a development team, working on one or more products within Healthy Sleep Solutions. In this team, you will work together with technical engineers, ux designers and marketeers, amongst others to innovate shaving, grooming and other personal care products for men.

Your responsibilities

You will focus on defining user requirements (usability, experience, performance) based on consumer needs that will be fulfilled by new technical solutions: your aim is to maximize the user satisfaction.

Through executing and attending consumer research you will support a project team in translating user needs into product solutions by providing them with end-user related insights.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, arranging and executing consumer research, as well as reporting the findings and presenting those to the development team.

You have a data driven approach in everything you do. In addition, it is a pro to have affinity with digital services.

We are looking for

- Bachelor's degree or higher in consumer science, industrial design, biomedical engineering, psychology, sociology.

- 1-5 years of relevant work experience
