Sr. QA Engineer
job summary:
- Create test requirements, test plan, test scenarios, test data with high testing coverage and pass rate
- Automation testing for backend Web Service, WCF, Web APIs, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Create automation test cases using SoapUI tool, groovy script, JMeter performance tool
- Join SCRUM team and keep good collaboration with Dev, PO, manager and other team members to complete tasks in good deliverables
- Execute QA testing, submit bugs, push bug resolved, analyze test failures, and deliver 100% test report
- Determines and develops approaches to solutions
- Defines standards for development of manual & automated test scripts, deployment and reuse
- Contributes to the automation effort
- Participates in formal reviews of business requirements and application designs
- Ensures proper test coverage exists based on requirements and design specifications
- Recommends strategies and methods to improve test plans and process

- Proficient with one or more object oriented programming language (i.e. C# or Java)
- Capable of contributing to libraries with little to no supervision as well as providing supervision for more junior engineers
- Knowledge of Windows server technologies, and database (MySQL and MS SQL)
- A minimum of 5 years of in-depth QA Engineering experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- C#/.Net, WebService/WCF, SQL Server, SSIS
