We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who will report to the Director of Operations (CRM) and is responsible for administrating Salesforce platform.



In addition, this role will be responsible for implementing new features and applications, as well as developing new custom functionality specific to the company.

responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:

Specifically, these duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Oversee, guide & evaluate the work of Salesforce team including Interns & Temporary Hires
  • Design & implementation of Salesforce security for all the company platforms
  • Manage end to end implementation & Maintenance of Salesforce related projects
  • Supervise, customize & implement Salesforce related products (Salesforce CPQ and others)
  • Supervise, design, develop & implement Salesforce integrations with other systems
  • Implement Sales Cloud and Service cloud for different departments
  • Work with other Salesforce vendors such as CPQ, Blackthorn.io to implement and support their products in company Salesforce environments
  • Develop complex apex classes, triggers, visualforce pages, SOAP & REST API to support salesforce requirements
  • Manage allocations for API requests against Salesforce limits in a highly customized Salesforce org
  • Mentor junior staff in best practices
 
qualifications:
Professional Experience / Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience performing Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration
  • Able to gather, document and execute detailed specifications from high-level requirements with little to average amount of supervision
  • Good project management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and juggle many tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong testing skills, and the ability to direct user acceptance testing sessions with staff with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Experience leading and facilitating user group discussions
  • Punctual, dependable and dedicated to achieving operational excellence, down to the smallest of details
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work calmly and effectively in stressful situations
  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
