Desktop Deployment Specialist

job summary:
Responsibilities: Build and configure desktop and laptops for each user identified. Including loading user profile and Applications as part of standard image build. Will verify information with user and ship system. Will verify user has received installed and used the system to close out each user.

qualifications:
Required: Understanding of Win 7, build experience for Desktops and PC's on HP and Lenovo/HP hardware. Experience with drivers and troubleshooting basic PC issue. Including user applications. Experience with Lync and MS Office and Outlook. Win 7, Office, Hardware.

Assets: Experience with Citrix and VDI and MDT or SCCM
