job summary: The Telecom Support Analyst
will be responsible for providing technical and functional guidance for all Skype for Business (SFBO) and Microsoft Teams technologies and capabilities including the following:
location: West Palm Beach, Florida

salary: $60,000 - 85,000 per year
work hours: 9am to 5pm
- Provide Tier 2 support and escalate Tier 3 issues to partners and providers
- Design, implement and maintain call flows for contact centers and IVR/ Auto Attendants.
- Analyze voice and video calling trends, provide reports and make recommendations for improvements Provide Tier 2 support and escalate Tier 3 issues to partners and providers
- Willing to do Administrative duties such as reporting, metric & number crunching, billing and testing equipment
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong Telephony experince
- Unified Collaboration
- Skype/MS Teams a huge plus.
