Detailed job description: (Required)

  • Analyzes requirements, procedures, and known issues to automate processing, or to improve existing business systems and functions.
  • Engage with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SME) to understand their problems and needs
  • Plan, analyzes and design new business processes that aligns with the requirements and new functionality.
  • Collaborate with the business SME to perform any process re-engineering required prior to technical design
  • Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals
  • Work with subject matter experts to assess current capabilities and to identify, define, and document detailed functional, business and system requirements, and use cases
  • Perform Fit / Gap Analysis
  • Serve as a liaison between project team, IT and the business/customer
  • Perform Requirements Management
  • Plan the Requirements Management Process
  • Plan the business analysis approach and activities
  • Determine elicitation techniques that will be utilized to develop requirements
  • Plan and manage the requirements elicitation sessions
  • Ensure refinement, validation, and prioritization of requirements
  • Establish and maintain requirements traceability
  • Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases to designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
  • Assist the test team in translating requirements into test conditions to ensure requirements are appropriately tested
  • Participate in quality reviews of appropriate work products to ensure they fulfill requirements (prototypes, etc.)
  • Schedule and participate in requirements review with the business
  • Manage changes to requirements
  • Serve as a resource for Change Management as they evaluate training / communication needs.
Required Qualifications

· 4-year degree plus 5 - 7 years of prior Business Analyst experience

· Ability to adapt to change skillfully and Self-Motivated

· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various groups to achieve business objectives in a dynamic growth environment

· Ability to define issues, analyze problems, evaluate alternatives and develop sound conclusions

· Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Work and Power Point

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Excellent Presentation and documentation skills

· Strong Critical Thinking
