Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 (CRM) Lead! Our client is looking for you to assist with the successful implementation of our their Dynamics 365 applications. Your experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365 systems, workflows and associated business processes will be a perfect fit for this role!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Designs, tests, and debugs ERP software
  2. Assists in day-to-day operations as troubleshooting problems arising from regular use, production support, and maintaining the ERP platform
  3. Develops scripts for data merging and migration, and assist in the development of ERP interfaces to internal and external systems
  4. Provides client support, consultation, and subject matter expertise for day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support
  5. Prioritizes user requirements and technical requirements
  6. Documents all technical processes, requirements, flows and diagrams
  7. Writes reports, document and present analyses, project status, risks and issues
  8. Evaluates team skills and resources for each technical task relating to the project
  9. Identifies tasks and interrelationships to evaluate technical and cross-technical requirements
  10. Researches existing systems and procedures and make changes and improvise wherever necessary
  11. Recommends solutions to identified problems
  12. Ensures delivery of projects on time and within the budget
  13. Participates in cross-technical, cross-discipline project teams to better leverage the Enterprise Resource Planning systems
  14. Provides the operational support for developing and maintaining the enterprise information architecture
  15. Supports the ERP initiatives in design, development and implementation of plans to translate enterprise information system objectives into technical business systems
  16. Serves as the lead on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Team
  17. Supports in the development and maintenance of the enterprise data/information model and information flows
  18. Performs all other related duties as required or directed

Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge, Skills and Ability: Individual must have a strong technical aptitude with the ability to lead in-depth technology discussions, articulating the business value of a technology solution. It is imperative to have an outstanding work ethic, accountability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work with business users to develop solutions. Functional expertise in either finance or manufacturing a plus, but more importantly the understanding of end-to-end processes and implications of various design options is required.
  1. Deep accounting functional expertise. Prefer CPA or auditing experiences.
  1. Experience:

    • At least 5 years of experiences with Microsoft AX 2012/7 or Dynamics 365 operation
    • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations with multinational companies
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution - major in Computer Science/Accounting/Finance

This individual is responsible for creation of the technical test plan and training materials necessary to develop and implement the ERP solution.
