Digital Analyst/ Jr. Product Owner (must have digital thinking exp)

The purpose of this job is to:
- Support the execution of digital innovation processes to enable identification of new digital business opportunities
- Research and explore new emerging technology and digitally-enabled business models
- Contribute towards increasing the overall digital acumen

salary: $60,000 - 80,000 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
40% Support the execution of digital innovation processes to enable identification and testing of new digital business opportunities
o Assist with planning, research and preparation, and facilitation of Sprint Workshops.
o Support processes to help businesses transition from ideas to experimental hypothesis testing
o Build strong relationships with businesses and functions
30% Research, analyze, and explore new emerging technology and digitally-enabled business models
o Scan and analyze the market to identify digitally enabled business opportunities and new business models
o Provide research and analysis regarding external partners - accelerators, incubators, and startups
o Facilitate the execution of Proof of Concepts with innovative external players
30% Contribute towards increasing the overall digital acumen
o Consolidate and communicate periodic updates on digitalization metrics and key performance indicators (KPI).
o Facilitate opportunities for engagement with external events such as hackathons, startup weekends, and meetups
o Stay current with and be able to communicate engineering capabilities, values, strategies, and outcomes
o Communicate and share progress on digitalization strategies, initiatives and capabilities
Ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of design thinking experience.
o 2+ years working experience which includes project coordination and analytical work within a business (commercial, supply chain, finance...) or on technical projects
