Product Manager

Based in New York City, the Product Manager drives the conceptualization, design, development, awareness, application and revenue of our products and services to distributors.

Responsibilities:

Co-Lead the product vision, strategy and product revenue growth for the BillerIQ platform with the Chief Product Officer.

Develop a strong understanding of how our products/services are applied to our resellers and their businesses and serve as an evangelist throughout the industry and distributors to identify revenue opportunities and drive business value.

Amplify the voice of the product advisers from distributors and investors. Communicate product vision and revenue priorities to internal and external stakeholders and present our product vision at conferences.

Lead and collaborate across all aspects of product development, from product concepts, to roadmap placement, to design through to product deployment and recurring revenue generation.

Coordinate product involvement of company personnel, including relationship managers, support, and services in order to meet reseller performance objectives and resellers' expectations, which include weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews and event-driven meetings with an agenda.

Make analytical decisions about product direction and features that accelerate our growth.

Create plans and rigorously execute in an agile environment.

Qualifications:

4 year college degree.

5 or more years of professional experience in Product Management or a similar role.

5 to 8 years of electronic payment industry experience related to the roll out of market facing programs that drive revenue or new product introduction is preferred.

Superior communication skills.

Able to effectively lead small work groups.

Strong consultative, business case development skills.

Demonstrated skills in the areas of analysis, project management, communication, and conflict management.

Strong problem resolution skills and the ability to effectively respond to questions, concerns, and complaints from department leaders, internal customers, and coworkers.
