Applications and Systems Administrator
Applications and Systems Administrator serves as the System and Security Administrator and Support Point-of-Contact for corporate applications including the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. The Applications and Systems Administrator manages and supports corporate applications for administrative functions such as expense and mileage systems, electronic faxing, Data Warehouse and Analytics systems, and other corporate systems deployed and used internally for corporate functions.

Assist and provide input to the IT Director regarding the evaluation and selection of corporate systems.
Interface with system vendors to assist with the implementation/configuration of corporate systems, manage updates, upgrades, licensing changes and reporting system or support related issues.
Work with the IT Director to ensure security and access controls for critical systems meet company and regulatory requirements. Also, assist with system auditing to ensure compliance.
Manage User Access Management requests and process for user management in corporate systems.
Provide general end-user support to corporate systems.
Assist with configuring end-user training environments for corporate systems.
Assist in gathering requirements and workflows from cross functional teams for the improvement and functional application of electronic systems.
Provide feedback and input to systems needs and capabilities to improve or enhance business processes.
Develop, implement and monitor policies, procedures and processes for operation and workflows involving corporate applications.
Contribute to project teams for implementation, update or change orders for corporate applications.
Bachelor's degree preferred, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or Applications.
Experience with configuration, implementation, utilization and end-user support of systems applications.

Understanding of HIPAA safeguards regulations and requirements.
Ability to provide highly responsive customer service and support.
