EHR Support Specialist, is responsible for all aspects of primary and secondary level technical application support for EHR. This position serves as the primary liaison between the Product Specialists and all other users on all Clinical and Financial Systems within HC.
They are responsible for overall issue management and escalation to meet customer's needs and to ensure timely resolution. Key to this position is the mental acumen to identify the root cause of issues and to identify, implement, and recommend system improvements to prevent issues in the future.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Epic application troubleshooting via phone
- Understand patient billing access or clinical workflow
- Understand workflow and healthcare
skills: The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, can troubleshoot issues, and work with internal customers.
