Salesforce Testing Analyst

job summary:
Randstad Technologies is seeking a Testing Analyst for an opportunity in Downtown Kansas City, MO. The Testing Analyst works with project teams to analyze and test documented business requirements for projects of moderate to high complexity. This position is responsible for managing functional and application testing. The Testing Analyst will be part of a highly functioning team to align technology solutions with business strategies. We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to be a part of this team supporting our customers and users.

responsibilities:
  • Manages application testing; develops test plans, test scripts and completes acceptance testing
  • Analyze business requirements of moderate to high complexity, for the purpose of building test cases
  • Coordinate communication on application issues between internal customers and external vendors/IT partners as part of the testing.
  • Main focus will be on a Salesforce Application project
 
qualifications:
  • 3+ years direct experience writing and performing software testing (manual testing)
  • 3+ years' experience testing web-based applications; experienced in browser responsive design testing
  • 3+ years experience working on an Agile/Scrum team
  • Skilled in requirements and design analysis and interpretation
  • Skilled in creating best practice infused test plans and test scripts
  • Accomplished in test execution, evaluation and reporting of results
  • Experience in defect identification and documentation
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is preferred
  • Experience with TFS or similar Agile Project Management Tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
