job summary:
Partner Program Requirements Manager

  • Manage the application process for Partner Advantage program levels including verifying that applicants for the different levels meet the applicable certification, qualified billings, customer success story, and business plan criteria, and coordinating reviews of technical documentation by internal SMEs
  • Manage the application process for Partner Expertise, including reviewing and approving or provide feedback on customer success stories and ensuring that approved customer success stories are tagged with appropriate metadata in an internal repository
  • Help to develop and manage a customer reference tool, templates and process
  • Develop campaigns and targeted outreach to partners that need to meet certain requirements ahead of applicable deadlines, including coordination with internal partner relationship managers
  • Provide regular reporting on the progress of Premier and Specialization partners toward the meeting of their requirements
  • Provide feedback to the systems team on opportunities to provide a better partner experience related to their Program requirements
  • To define, develop, distribute, and update -- and create repeatable processes/tools for the same -- ongoing communications about the overall Program for the various stakeholder groups, both internally and externally with key partners.

qualifications:
Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

  • Program Management experience;
  • preferably in complex and cross functional engagements
  • Experience working in Enterprise focused IT vendor GTM or product organizations
  • Experience in Enterprise Partner Programs or working with Enterprise Partners (ISVs, System Integrators or Resellers) Exposure to technology vendor channel operations.
  • Data mining and analytics experience required. Also a plus if experience with SQL queries and advanced spreadsheet knowledge.
Desired

  • Ability to obtain information across teams, platforms and multiple systems.
  • Program launch experience.
