SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description:

This position reports to the Senior Manager, NA Business Management. The successful candidate will own Marketing methodology and processes, leading the advancement of Marketing processes (i.e. ABEDO and Workflow process) to meet the evolving needs of the Marketing business and structure. This includes building team engagement through focus on change management including training, reporting, delivery and onboarding.

The incumbent must be a self-starter who can exhibit strong change leadership and acumen, and will have demonstrated ability for managing change, recommending and prioritizing change and process management activities and delivering outcomes that positively impact the organization.

Responsibilities include:

Develops and executes on the US Process Management strategy and annual plans

Owns current state sustainment activities and implementation of new processes to meet evolving needs including developing, document and training

Oversee all Marketing process mapping (current & future state) and implements operational and continuous improvements to drive efficiencies and deliver value

Manages, owns and updates Connections community including artifacts ad tools

Develops content and facilitates workshops for ABEDO process

Provides on-the-spot guidance and support for process related inquiries through drop in calls and generic inbox

Provides business requirements to applications owner to support process changes

Leads and manages intake prioritization for Change & Process Management team

Delivers with a focus on superior employee experience

Contribute to the strategic direction of the Marketing Operations function, playing a key role in the development of roadmaps and overall support of the Marketing business

Facilitates key discussions and provides thought leadership to executive audience (output is roadmap, process map or plan)

Supports a positive work environment that promotes services to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensures timely communication

Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and efficiencies

Works effectively as a team, supporting other members of Marketing Operations in achieving business objectives

Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and Marketing

 
qualifications:
MUST HAVE:

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years' experience leading projects and/or change management initiatives

- Experience in identifying and implementing improvement projects of varying size and complexity, potentially impacting people, process, and technology

- Proven ability to see business processes through the customer/employee lens

- Strong knowledge and experience in Marketing delivery processes

- Excellent communication skills - professional, confident, transparent and concise communicator (verbal and written)

- Strong facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution and influencing skills

- High degree of organizational awareness; understanding of where to engage to efficiently manage issues

- Consultative Business Partnering - Experience collaborating and interacting with diverse groups of internal clients, external vendors, and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders internal and external at all levels in the organization

- Executional Excellence - demonstrates change management leadership, judgment and decision making. Proven track record of delivering results and commitment to operational and service excellence.

- Technology background

- Systems development - ability to drive development from systems perspective

Specific Educational Requirements/Accreditations:

- Post -Secondary education

- Lean Six Sigma (an asset)

- PROSCI Change Management Certification (an asset)
