Our Client is seeking a Program Manager Principal within our Program Management organization in Credit Union Solutions to work an exiting project in Alpharetta

  • This is a great opportunity where you will manage high visibility platform integration programs including complex software development programs and projects that focus on product development, enhancement and/or integration projects.
  • Your previous experience in managing highly visible programs with senior executive reporting is vital to this role. Also, your program management background including program management of systems integration, software implementation or software development projects will be highly valued in this role.

responsibilities:
The requirements for this role are:

  • Oversee and manage the delivery and escalations of complex integration projects.
  • Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the technical delivery of the programs across the organization to include complex financial applications.
  • Responsible for maintaining, overseeing the different project work streams to ensure successful integration through coordination across the respective project managers
  • Leads internal cross-organizational teams while effectively managing relationships and requirements with business partners across geographies
  • Works closely with geographically diverse business and technical teams to identify technical solutions and business process improvements in support of product roadmaps and contractual agreements.
  • Manages multiple geographically dispersed stakeholders and project teams to drive program objectives, while ensuring scope and approach are understood across Client diverse stakeholder community.
  • Uses reporting tools to monitor the progress of the portfolio delivery and ensures timely and effective communication of the status and assessment of risks/issues.
  • Oversees quality assurance and ensures appropriate levels of end-to-end testing are undertaken
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, with quality, within scope and within budget.
  • Implement and drive project management best practices for each engagement.
  • Develop program plan for quality, execute the work plan, critical path management, track and assign resources, manage change, provides status updates, create metrics and perform overall management of the project timeline, budget, quality and scope deliverables.
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
 
qualifications:
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or master degree in business or related field.
  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred
  • 7+ years of project and program management experience, including tracking and planning projects
  • 7+ years of managing or leading geographically diverse client engagements with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Tools: MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; CA Clarity (or other PM tools), JIRA and ServiceNow a plus
  • Adept at conducting research into program and project-related issues and products
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies
  • Credit Union Solutions or financial industry background a plus
  • Knowledge of Client products and services a plus
  • Travel Required: up to 25%
